Have a drink with Hong Kong’s lm and pop stars in this small but cosy designer club in Soho. It may be dicult to get into Dragon-I, but if you succeed it is well worth the e ort. For those who don’t manage to squeeze in, an alternative is happy hour from 18.00 – 21.00.
